Shipping and Delivery policy
A soft copy of the policy for any insurance product purchased through Ezybima will be emailed to the email address supplied at the time of purchasing the Product. The insurance company, (with the exception of a few insurance product), will email you the soft copy.

Additionally, the insurance company will send a hard copy of the policy documentation via courier, within15 to 21 days of purchasing the insurance.
Refund Policy
The premium paid for an insurance product will be repaid through cheque or direct credit in accordance with the insurance provider's policy, which you have chosen to purchase the product from, in the event of a refund due to an incorrect transaction or cancellation.
Policy on Cancellations
In case an insurance policy is cancelled, the premium paid for an insurance product will be repaid through cheque or direct credit in accordance with the insurance company's policy that you have selected to purchase the merchandise from.
